Rezaei named six conditions: end the war on all fronts including Lebanon; release frozen Iranian funds; lift the U.S. naval blockade; stop U.S. interference in Iranian internal affairs; stop U.S. cooperation with opponents of the revolution; and end U.S. attacks on Iranian territory. He said Tehran is prepared for a “decisive war” if Washington refuses.
