Note
ReliefWeb’s 9 September post is a delayed window onto a 13–14 July FaSER form. Solidarités International marked the box for disease outbreak and wrote the line that matters: a suspected cholera case out of Daba Naira, admitted with acute watery diarrhea, RDT positive, inside Tawila camps that the same sheet pegs at roughly 570,000 displaced people. Response language is CATI, trucked water, latrines already installed by the hundreds — the vocabulary of containment under pressure. Prefer this single Sudan card; leave other Sudan items off this pack. Soft source, soft clock: the PDF itself warns the picture ages fast.

Why it matters
Fracture/health seam: dense shelters, strained WASH, rainy-season logistics. A single suspected case lights the FaSER panel because the camps are already overloaded. Soft clock — the PDF warns the picture ages fast.
